The film, directed by Joe Carnahan, will be released on January 16 and also features stars such as Steven Yeun (The Walking Dead).

The plot follows a team of Miami police officers who stumble upon millions of dollars in an abandoned warehouse and subsequently become the target of outside forces, testing their mutual loyalty.

Carnahan describes the film as inspired by the personal story of a friend—a former head of tactical narcotics for the Miami Police Department—and pays homage to classic 1970s police thrillers such as Serpico and Prince of the City. | BGNES
