Singer Rihanna loves appearing at the Met Gala, and on her way to the event, she announced she was pregnant with her third child by rapper A$AP Rocky.

The 37-year-old star wore head-to-toe Miu Miu - a fitted grey blouse and skirt that showed off her baby belly, matching knee-high boots, a brown leather cape and black hat - in a photo posted to Instagram by photographer Miles Diggs.

Then her longtime partner A$AP Rocky, co-chair of the event dedicated to black dandyism, confirmed the news, AFP reports.

"Thank you, thank you, thank you. I'm glad everybody's happy for us because we're definitely happy," the rapper said.

Finally, after all the other guests arrived, Rihanna stepped out on the red carpet in a deconstructed black outfit with a cropped jacket, polka dot accessories and a wide-brimmed hat. She held her pregnant belly and smiled for the cameras.

The singer made a similar high-profile pregnancy reveal in 2023 during a performance at the Super Bowl halftime show. Later that year, before she gave birth, she attended the Met Gala

She and A$AP Rocky are the parents of sons RZA, born in May 2022, and Riot, born in August 2023.
