France will ban smoking in all outdoor areas that can be visited by children, such as beaches, parks, and bus stops.
This was announced by the Minister of Health and Family Affairs, Catherine Vautrin.
“Tobacco must disappear from places where children are present,” Catherine Vautrin said in an interview with the regional newspaper Ouest-France.
The restrictions will come into force on July 1. | BGNES
