A serious chain-reaction crash involving Romanian drivers occurred on the Hainboaz Pass, BGNES reported.
Three passenger cars collided, resulting in injuries to 10 people, including four children.
Two of the drivers involved in the crash are Romanian citizens. All three drivers were tested for alcohol, with results coming back negative.
However, one of the Romanian drivers tested positive for drugs.
A total of five Romanian citizens were involved and are expected to be transported back to their home country today.
The remaining five Bulgarian nationals are being treated at the hospital in Veliko Tarnovo.
An investigation into the incident is underway. | BGNES
