The Ukrainian military said on Sunday that it had shot down 45 Russian missiles and 266 combat drones overnight after Moscow launched a second night of heavy air strikes, killing at least 12 people.

"Most regions of Ukraine were affected by the hostile attack. Enemy air strikes were recorded in 22 regions, and downed cruise missiles and combat unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) fell in 15 locations," the air force said on Telegram. | BGNES, AFP
