Chelsea is the new winner of the Conference League after defeating Betis 4-1 in a historic final at the stadium in Wroclaw, Poland.

Chelsea became the first team to win every European club competition – the Champions League, Europa League, Conference League, European Super Cup and the now defunct Cup Winners' Cup.
