In a provocative Instagram photoshoot, taken on a plane during a trip to Korea with her sister Khloé and their friend La La Anthony, the 44-year-old Kardashian posed in a brown leather coat over a glittering but completely sheer Saint Laurent bodysuit made of hosiery fabric. In one of the bathroom shots, she even unbuttoned her outerwear to reveal the nearly invisible outfit.

Khloé and La La also wore the same masks Kardashian introduced last month, which had sparked fierce criticism and skepticism.
