Elon Musk: Donald Trump is part of the Epstein files

Elon Musk claims that the reason why the US administration has not published the Epstein files in their entirety is because they mention President Donald Trump.

Elon Musk claims that the reason why the US administration has not published the Epstein files in their entirety is because they mention President Donald Trump.

“@realDonaldTrump is in the Epstein files. That's the real reason they haven't been released,” he wrote in a post on X.

He signed his tweet, which has been viewed over 10 million times so far, with “Have a nice day, Donald J. Trump!”

This is a reference to Justice Department documents about the late convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, who was accused of supplying celebrities with underage girls for sex.

Musk did not provide evidence for his claim, nor did he say how he managed to see the files.

The Tesla and SpaceX boss was a former close adviser to Trump and headed the newly created Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) before leaving last week.

DOGE, a controversial department, was tasked with downsizing the government and led to the elimination of thousands of federal jobs.

After his departure, he criticized Trump's tax and spending bill, calling it “disgusting filth.”

In a post on Truth Social, Trump said he had asked Musk to leave the administration, saying he was “wearing himself out” and accusing him of “going crazy.” |BGNES
